602. sērija

9 (sometimes 6) floors

Load-bearing keramzīt-concrete wall panels, reinforced-concrete floor slabs moderate · 2.5 m 2.0 kW The white small-tile facade chips around holes — the installer should start with a tile bit; upper floors may need rope access.
119. sērija

9 (also 6 or 10) floors

Reinforced-concrete wall panels, decorative tile finish on some external panels moderate · 2.7 m 2.0 kW Drilling can hit rebar in the reinforced-concrete panels — installers reposition a few centimetres rather than cut through.
Renovēta / nosiltināta sērijveida māja

As the original series (typically 5 or 9) floors

Original panel or brick + external insulation system (typically 10–15 cm mineral wool or EPS under render) hard · 2.5 m 2.0 kW Strictest approvals of any series: brackets must reach the load-bearing wall through the insulation, and every penetration must be sealed.
Jaunais projekts (new build, 2000s+)

Varies (typically 3–12) floors

Monolithic reinforced concrete frame with block infill, or masonry; ventilated or rendered facades moderate · 2.7 m 2.0 kW Read the developer/HOA rules first — many designate exact outdoor-unit zones, and some projects have pre-installed line stubs (zero new holes).
